what a strange chart. Why does it recommend overvolted high speed ram over 45x?

I'll be watercooling SB. Since I bought parts that have 1155/6 mounting plates as well as my current 775 mounts, I don't see any good reason why I shouldn't. If nothing else, I'll be able to turn my fans down a bit
