Help! Program to overclock a Intel processor

I want to overclock my processor
"Intel Dual Core E5300 @ 2.6Ghz"
but what program i use to do it?
i tryed on bios but can't there because of my motherboard

I did a overclock on my onboard gpu
from 600mhz to 682mhz
memory 100mhz to 160mhz
got BSOD when i tryed more xD

You Don't. Horribly unstable and unreliable ... Live with it or upgrade will be the most common answer you recieve

If your BIOS is locked, you can't OC the CPU. You'd have to buy a new motherboard in order to do it. Software based over clocking is really unstable/unreliable.
