Power Supply Decision 2 Choices

I cancelled my order to change the DVD drive from IDE to SATA, and just got the refund today. However, just when I went to NewEgg I saw this PSU on sale "36% off" hec X-Power Pro 650 -

The PSU I was going to go with was The NeoECO 400Watt

I would like to have Crossfire Support down the road w/o upgrading PSU (2x 5770s) However, I won't pay over $45 right now (budget) so oh well if not...anyways, the Hec claims Crossfire support which got my attention along with the cheaper price. Which one will I be more satisfied with? Thanks.
By the way, if you are curious what components will be running here's the list from NewEgg. Wish List

Antec 1 Hec 0

I assume personal experience? I always figured Hec wasn't too bad, though I haven't had anything squeaking by like I will be with these two choices.

The HEC is an overrated, mediocre stinkbug. Not a timebomb, but I'd be surprised if it could realistically supply more power than the Antec, and probably has worse output quality.

hec will burn EVERYTHING in your system it will destroy your computer, or it might work... thats why Id go with antec...
