In that case, I will leave the mesh in place.
I got BitFenix Spectre Pro fans (120mm) for my H100.

Great fans if you dont like the noctuas are Noiseblockers, Scythe AP-15, Spectre Pros, NZXT.

I bought the Cables To Go nibbler as shown below. It is of decent enough quality, but if I had to purchase again, I would have spent the few extra dollars and bought the Klein Tools nibbler. I had to make a small opening with the side cutters in the photo as well. You only have to open up about 3 of the small holes in the mesh and then start nibbling away.

The Noctua NF-F12 were specifically designed for radiator and tightly spaced heatsink cooling. I was thinking about getting some and then spray painting them black. Gentle Typhoons are also a popular choice, if you can find them. The Cougar fans are good as well http://ncix.com/products/?sku=69266&vpn=CFV12HPB&manufacture=Cougar

The Cougars are also cheap, they can be price matched in Canada for about $11. I'm guessing you're in Europe so you may be able to find them cheaper, as Cougar is a German company.

No idea... first thing I did was cut out the front grill and replace all the fans so I never actually tried it with the grill or stock fans.

So for anyone who has the H100, do the pipes go to the right (near the optical drive ports) or the left ( near the back fan)? When I try to have the tubes go to the right, it seems too taut.

I have the tubes go to the left, always mounted it this way too.

i think it is louder at 100%, the noise of the rushing air through those grills is just annoying. it is bearable though and if you are gaming or playing music, you probably won't notice it. but when you turn off your computer you will immediately notice how everything suddenly became so quiet.

like everyone says gt ap-15 is really good. i have it plugged to the case's fan controller, set it to lowest setting and it keeps my cpu idling at 29~33c, with load, 55~60c. i will be using cougars soon on my next build. my friend uses those and he said it is almost comparable with the gts. and cheaper too.
