Hey all - I am in the process of figuring out the airflow for my 650D.

My first thoughts are to put the H70 as p/p intake, exhausting right out the top through the ap-14s. I also cannot decide on installing another 120mm in the extra 5.25" slots up top.

Anyone have a 650D with some feedback on this?

I don't have a 650D, but are you sure about pulling air into the case through the H70? Won't that defeat the whole purpose of trying to cool the other components in the case? Mounting a 120mm fan in the front with an HDD cage sounds like a good idea as that will help move some more air.

I would also like to take this opportunity to comment on the glorious avatar that you have. ATFTW

Although, the air going through the radiator may run warmer then the intake air brought in if there was no radiator, the gain in temperature through the radiator should not be detrimental due to the GPU CF set up he has. The CF GPUs will generate a lot of warm air that will vent all around the card and mostly rise to the top of the case. If the H70 was set as exhaust, some of this hot air would exhaust through the radiator.

To the OP, I think the set up you have is probably the optimal set up that you can do unless you get a side fan beside the GPU in there. You could of course, try out different settings and test the CPU temps or the mobo temps as well as the GPU temps.

Thanks for the input. Right now I have the H70 set up as exhaust, and my temps are fine. I was thinkin about just trying out the intake, as it is recommended by Corsair in most applications that I have seen. I guess I won't know until I try.

If I don't get a 5.25" fan controller I will likely slap a 120mm in that slot.

And yea, ATFTW e30 =)

Yeah, just try out the intake configuration and see what happens
