BTW GT's are set at ~950RPM, 200mm in front is at ~500RPM. Next on the list will be adding one or two 120/140mm on top as intake - I'm currently testing how this affects temp's useing seen CM fan's set at 900-1000RPM. Anyway, I can't really decide what to get. I want to keep my rig near silent, I have all four fans that I use hooked to Scythe Kaze Master Ace, so I'd like to get something that I can run without a fan controller aka I need it to be dead silent at 12v.

Looking good! thumb.gif I'd see how temps and noise work out with the rear fan removed. You may not need it. I haven't had a rear exhaust fan in two years in two different cases now. biggrin.gif I recently tried a Phanteks 140mm as a top intake and love it. I have it set to 750 RPM and all I can hear is the sound of air moving (like all the other fans in my case). It was a bit pricey but worth it. thumb.gif

Decided to put the PC together anyway! Installing drivers and such now, but I'll post some pics in an hour or so.

Yeah the top two 140 mm fans are intake.

The picture quality is pretty awful for a 1080p webcam.

God this thing looks so nice on my desk:thumb:.

This is the first time I've ever used a SSD and I'm having trouble getting it to boot when I have my old HDD connected. The SSD shows up in the BIOS, but I can't make it the primary boot drive.

Do you have it set on AHCI mode ?

If you don't, and have already installed OS (I'm guessing W7), follow this;
Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)
1. Startup "Regedit
2. Open HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE / SYSTEM / CurrentControlset / Services
3. Open msahci
4. In the right field left click on "start" and go to Modify
5. In the value Data field enter "0" and click "ok"
6. exit "Regedit"
7. Reboot Rig and enter BIOS (hold "Delete" key while Booting

In your BIOS select "Integrated Peripherals" and OnChip PATA/SATA Devices. Now change SATA Mode to AHCI from IDE.

Yeah right now I don't have a fan back there, I think in this setup having the exhaust doesn't make almost any difference, but it's just prettier to me if it's there. That's why I'm planning to put that Enermax back there tongue.gif

That looks pretty damn good if you as me. Isn't it too bright btw?

Right, my rig is back in one piece now, fully cleaned and with the mesh still in there (decided not to cut it due to time constraints). The fan controller has gone though.
also, while reassembling I, rather annoyingly, discovered I had run out of zip ties, so I'm stuck with a fair back panel bulge again.

The white theme looks great. I wish my blue fans were as bright as the white ones are. Nice build man. thumb.gif

For those that have cut out your front grill and used edging, where did you order the edging????

I got mine from an auto supply store. $0.99 a foot. It wasn't the kind with built in adhesive, so I just put a dab of super glue every inch or so to hold it tightly in place.

I brought the cut out mesh into the store to match it up with the correct thickness of moulding.
