I'd rather use the mini-HDMI to HDMI so I can keep the sound coming from the same source.
Do you guys think this will fit?

ok thought you said it wouldn't fit, or was it just that adapter wouldn't fit? its not mini hdmi, its standard size.

dvi-i can carry sound. was running my 5.1 setup.

I've heard that putting the phobya at the front makes a radiator at the top redundant, since the air gets hot going through the front and then exhausts out the top. I was thinking that a 240 could exhaust out the bottom after cutting holes. So basically the front fan could feed that rad with intake, and the top could get air from the back fan. Idk, maybe I'm thinking too hard.

Do you guys have any suggestions?

I had a problem with a DVI cable not fitting onto my graphics card with my Antec 900. I used a small sanding drum on my Dremel and removed enough plastic/rubber from the cable so it would fit. Not sure of how tight of a fit you have, but just an idea.

Howdy y'all. Been lurking for a bit. Working on my 650d build right now. Looking forward to posting when I get it all cleaned up.

I'm planning on doing a lot of stuff in and around the 5.25 bays and was wondering if it's possible to remove the little corsair clicky mount deals that hold the 5.25 drives.

Thanks peeps. Lots of great info on here. thumb.gif

Finally got all the rest of the items I needed for my build. So I'll be starting to sleeve my cables soon, need to finish mocking up the 280 Rad with the fans as intake/push. Need to also find male/female connections like picture below so I can make an extension cable for my fan controller face plate and mount it "remotely "
47c11a5e-ed0f-990b.jpg

Also had to fix the anti cyclone on a used Koolance Res that I purchased, for some odd reason Koolance decides to use acrylic screws to hold theirs in place and the screw heads in the one I purchased popped off during shipping. Thankfully I have a drill press so I used a small bit to clear the acrylic remaining in the holes and then hogged out the holes slightly to fit some nylon screws I picked up at OSH.

Hi! I just recently bought my corsair 650D!

anyone here who can give me cable management guide for corsair 650D?

I am not a pro on this, and every time I try to put the the other side door of my case it won't fit until I put some force to close it. Once closed, I notice that there is like a bulge or whatever that does not make it really fit.

I am using corsair hx650, just one GPU 5850, 1 HDD, and 1 DVD Rom.

HELP!

thank you!

this video may help (towards the end mostly). I know it's (the 600T, but the 650D is essentially a 600T with the roof jacked up a bit and a different front.

edit: cable management bit starts around 13mins in

Great video to use biggrin.gif Tom Logan is a great reviewer of all things computer related and gives some of the English humor in many of his vids.

Here is a video that he did reviewing the 650D if any new guys want to see a great review on a great case. I can't remember what score he gave the case overall but that doesn't change the fact that we all love it biggrin.gif
