If I remove the 5.25" cage, would that make my case less rigid? Anyone know?

I don't see why it would hurt any thing. Taking a quick look at mine it doesn't seem like it would do any damage.

Hold onto your mouses men! New 650D member arriving! Currently visiting family, but when I return to my cave I am tearing down my build and cleaning my case. Because the "Exhaust" fan is trash I will be replacing it with a "Corsair AF120 Performance edition". However...I made the mistake of buying the NZXT 200mm fan. While I deeply hate NZXT right now I'm thinking about a way to return them. I live 200 miles away from the Frys store I bought it from (The people that work there are very stupid). I need some assistance none the less. What 200mm fan do I place in the front for intake? Do I put two 140mm fans on the top or a 200mm?

in the front, I'd go for the Bitfenix Spectre Pro as it is better than the stock one by a considerable margin and doesn't require moving the HDD cages (the CM megflow does, becuase it's too thick).
for the top, I'd go dual 120 or dual 140, whichever you prefer.
