i just added another gtx670 and phobya's 200mm v2 rad and thought i should share some pics. lets keep the 650D thread alive!

Phobya's 200mm version 2 rad

i cut out the mesh and added U-profile rubber lining

U-profile rubber lining

i had to drill holes slightly higher on the adapter plate for the rad to fit

Cheers for the info and pictures. I just got my 650d yesterday and am leek testing my cpu loop now. Will be adding a second 670 and WC with the same 200mm rad. Good to see someone sharing with the V2 in a 650d. Pictures of mine to come tonight tongue.gif

Jigsaw is must-have for straight cuts but when it comes to circles dremmel with the circles accesory is the king. super cleen pro cut from a novice user with power tools in just 15 minutes (with the minor filing included) Luckily the front metal is thin so the cutting drill just cruzes through it.

The tricky part is to find the center, but I used some tread to cross join the fan's screws and Presto "X" marks the spot.

What is that little compass/guide you are using for the dremel? That is a must have tongue.gif

Gigabyte SOC in 650D with mesh panel (4x120mm fans)

Last weekend I changed my GPU - from Zotac GTX 570 with Accelero Hybrid to Gigabyte GTX 680 SOC - talk about roaring loud after that AIO solution :-/
Does anyone have experience with modding the SOC, does the Twin Turbo II fit?
Watercoooling is not an option (atm)
... if not I am thinking of bending the fins and fitting two 120/140 fans (making it a 4 slot card^^)

thanks in advance for your input smile.gif

Hello All, Been a lurker here for about a year now:thumb:... Just wanted to share some pictures of my rig and some mods done to the 650D case that we all love. I was never a fan of the HDD drive bay cages and since I only use the 1 of the 2 drive cages, I went ahead and relocated them inside the 5.25in drive bays for a cleaner look.

Heres some recent pictures I took last night, pictures taken with Droid DNA phone and came out pretty decent.

My Specs.

-2700k i7 Cpu 4.8Ghz OC 24hrs stable Prime 95
-Asus Z77 V-Pro
-Corsair AX750 PSU
-16GB 1600mhz Corsair RAM
-Asus GTX 660Ti Direct CU II

-2x Samsung 840 Pro 128GB SSD Raid 0 (main OS)
-Crucial 128GB ssd (2nd Boot Old OS)
-2TB Western Digital Black (Media Storage)

-H100 AIO Cpu cooler with Gentle Typhoon 120mm Fans
-Cooler Master 200mm LED front fans
-Enermax blue LED 120mm exhaust fan.

Great idea relocating the hard drive bays. I love this case but i regret to inform you guys that I have bought a 900D. My case is growing up so
fast. biggrin.gif

Hey guys, I'm in the middle of purchasing a case and it's between the HAF X 942 and the 650D. Can you put a side fan on the 650D to cool the GPU? If so, how hard would that be? I really hate getting a super large case like the HAF X 942 so I'm leaning towards the 650D more. Also, what are some complains that you guys have from this case? Thanks
