Noctua NH-D14 FTW!!! Noctua's customer service is also excellent. when i installed mine i accidentally broke the NF-P14 140MM fan that comes with it, and they sent me a new one cool.gif ($30 value btw)

yeah they did, but i had no trouble showing them as i had only bought it 4 days before. Though the fan did take about 1 month to arrive....

How exactly is the NH-D14 winning? It's a good heatsink, but its beaten by the Silver Arrow and Archon in both noise and cooling.

probably more user base... and i've seen D14 being bit cheaper than SA many times... so price does matter a bit as well i assume...

Are the users of the NH-D14 unable to read or something? lol One look at the reviews and you can see it is bested by one or two coolers. The price difference is legit reason but the biggest price difference I've seen between the SA and D14 is like $5 which is basically nothing.
