Netbook screen with strange marks

Hey up,

My 1215n Asus netbook broke on me (DC power pin snapped off inside the charger) and I had to send it back to Amazon for a replacment. Now I have just got my replacment and the screen has a strange "smudge" marking on the bottom right:

Anyone know what this is? Is it a damaged screen? Am I going to have to return this one as well? This picture was taken yesterday, and the strange phials shaped thing has grown to reach the top of the screen.

Cheers,

Grady

Huff. Guess it shall be another bloody return, although I might just get a refund and look around for a different one.
