Math relation for FSB

post #1 of 4
Thread Starter
I am currently Over clocking and i got my multiplier to 15.5 and the FSB is at MHz. while messing with the voltage i got to a point of blue screen until i brought it up to 1.2875

So i got a somewhat short question for you guys;

What is the mathematical Relationship between the CPU voltage, multiplier and the FSB? I know that I can multiply the FSB and the multiplier but, i don't know how to factor in the CPU voltage.

The voltage is trial and error, there is no math. It's different for every chip.

Kinda what I figured since i tried Dividing multiplying, etc but nothing seemed to work. It was mainly itching curiosity

The Mary u are thinking of is a formula to figure maximum CPU speed based on fsb
