It's a very solid board designed specifically over overclocking. It's got great heatsinks, an external connection so you don't have to go into the bios to overclock, it's even got a manual included that's basically a guide to overclocking. It's got military grade components and great reviews. I was at 4 GHZ in a few minutes and it's rock solid. Just my two cents. The Rampage 3 is a great board and I would've probably preferred it over the MSI just because of the brand name but the red color scheme turned me off. You can't go wrong with either really.
