The X3 will have more performance the the X2 because it has an extra core

Havent heard of any X2's unlocking. Have heard of X3's unlocking though. As far as OC'ing expect about the same. So I would get the X3, hope it unlocks, if not you still have 3 cores.

I don't think so as X3 does not hv proper cache but X2 has.

ALL IN ALL, Then which one should i go for and is there any better option in the same budget?

Stay away form geforce chipsets - don't OC well. I would go with the asus of the 3 you posted. For a couple $$ more, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813138197 $59.99 after mir. Much better chipset and supports DDR3 1600.

As far as the processor goes, more cores = more performance when clock speeds are equal. IE: 3ghz x3 > 3ghz x2. The smaller L2 cache on the 440 will not be noticeable.
It's so little!
