Was it ever confirmed that the person was from CoolIT?

Also, some reviews said it had a better mounting system than what Corsair offered.
Others said it had no harder mounting than other coolers tested.
Others state they love the installation method.
Overclockers' say superior mounting method to what Corsair offers.
PC Perspective says that it's one of the easiest installations yet.
XS Reviews says it's an easy job.
Guru3D says it's well thought out, and easy to install.
Benchmark Reviews, again, says it's easy to install.
Hardware Cannucks says it's EXTREMELY easy to install.

Even if you note negatives in reviews, the worst you see is the tubes being stuff, not the mounting being bad.

You even have neutral reviews saying it's just simple to install.

Not sure what you're talking about as far as the mounting issues, but you should know that the H60 has an all new mounting technique and new mounting hardware that we've designed from scratch.

As for CoolIT they did have some issues with the tubing cracking and leaking on the Domino ALC, but they quickly identified and fixed that problem. We've also guaranteed that the tubing being used and the mounting methodology is identical to the method we use with H70, which means an extraordinarily low failure rate.

To be honest, having dealt with both companies there are things that each excels at and there are things that are about the same between the two.

It's like with our PSUs - when we launched HX520/HX620 people were ecstatic that Seasonic was our OEM, and when we launched TX750 and VX550 people were upset that we used CWT instead of going sole-source with Seasonic. But in the 4+ years of selling PSUs, you might be surprised to find out the strengths and weaknesses of those two companies.

CoolIT and Asetek are both good people - and while they are in direct competition with each other, that just means better products for us (and you).

I happen to like my ECO. I've never had any problems about the mounting of the ECO A.L.C. at all. The only thing was that I wasn't sure I set it right at first, so I reseated it.
