I finally oc my system and have some screen shots of CPUZ and others. When I did my screen shots with word, and upload it I got some report tha I have exceed the limit. What is the best program to up load screen shoots with?

Just take screenshots with the snipping feature and save the image as a PNG. Then upload the image to a site like imageshack or photobucket. That is the easiest way to upload screenshots.

print screen->mspaint->paste

The reason yours didn't work is you saved them in BMP format, and BMPs are big files.
