Oh, silly me. Yeah I'm in Australia so we get kicked in the balls sometimes of prices too. Most of the time it's cheaper to get things shipped over from America in bulk :/

Should I go with 1/2 or 7/16 ID tubing? I'm using BP barbs.

I've heard 7/16 provides a tighter fit and is compatible with 1/2 ID barbs.

Thanks!

Yes, 7/16th tubing on 1/2" barbs will offer a seal that is so tight, you won't need clamps. Although, I wouldn't take the risk and clamp it just in case. Before you put the tubing on the barbs, make sure you heat it up in some moderately warm water to make it easier to push over the barb.

You can always go with 1/2 on 1/2. It doesn't matter either way.

If you want more radiator you're better off just hanging a quad off the back instead of that silly 120 rad. You can get one of these or make a pretty nice mounting bracket for the back yourself pretty easily. That's what I'm working on atm anyway. I'll post pics later.

I'll admit I extended it out a bit more than I probably should have, but I wanted it to have enough clearance for some of the bulkier cables and to prevent it from sucking in hot air from the case.
