Saurik already said Cydia will come to Macs now and I'm pretty sure other nefarious sources are in the works as well.

Do you happen to have any links for your last statement? I too have more than one Mac so I'm wondering as long as I log into the App Store with a single account if I can download and use the software on every machine.

Not sure why this would bring the cost of Macs down. Macs are always going to come with iLife. All this is, is a means to find Mac software, either freeware or paid.

This is pretty great though. I've never been a linux user so it might be similar to that, but it's new to me and it's the best way to find software on any platform I've used (aside from iphones/iPads of course). Windows will follow suit.

That's just it. They include the price of the software on the computers. If they removed the software, it would be all the more cheaper, wouldn't it? I still doubt this would happen, those greedy ba-[Technical difficulties]

Yes, the bottom right page of this link: http://www.apple.com/mac/app-store/

Plus, I've already done this with a few apps, like Angry Birds. It seems to be not only Macs in your household, but every Mac you own.
