Please comment on loop order.

Kinda redesigning my layout of the tech station I'm building. Adding in a triple 120mm rad was going to make the base over 18" wide so gona shrink it down. Anyway I’m asking for people opinions on this new order for my loop. Vid cards will be in parallel.

Res, Rad (XSPC RX360), Pump (MCP-655), CPU (Swiftech GTZ), MB (EK ASUS MIIIF cover), Vid1 (EK 5770 full cover), Vid2 (EK 5770 full cover), Rad (D/D Black Ice Xtreme II), Res.

Thanks for your opinions.

The only thing that really matters is having the pump directly after the reservoir. Other than that, loop order really does not matter much. Both your examples have the pump after a radiator, that is not good.

Just put pump after reservoir, from there do what ever gives you the shortest amount of tubing.

Put the pump right after the the res to ensure that it's always getting a constant supply of water. The pump should be right after the res and it should be lower than it (gravity fed)...other than that the loop order doesn't really have any affect on temperatures.

Ok great thanks guys for your comments. I'm going to look if what DR.X put will work. I def thought the pump should be right after the res but i wanted to check.

Looking it over I think I'm going to flip my dual 120 and run it in this order.

Res, Pump (MCP-655), CPU (Swiftech GTZ), MB (EK ASUS MIIIF cover), Vid1 (EK 5770 full cover), Vid2 (EK 5770 full cover), Rad (D/D Black Ice Xtreme II), Rad (XSPC RX360), Res.

Loop order doesn't really matter, just make it as short as possible
