HD5870 eyefinity 6 resolution problem

hello all,
I am a new french user, and hopefully not make a mistake on this forum.
i hope my english is not too unpleasant...

I searched for a solution to my problem for a while but no response has been found

My question:
I have a XFX 5870 Eyefinity 6 (6 DP out )
i work on windows seven.

I want to use 4 video projectors XD600 Mitsubishi (native resolution: 1024 * 768)

These projectors do not have DVI, only HDMI or VGA

when I plug in the 4 VGA projectors I can have a group of 4096 * 768px
no problem

but when I use:
4 adapters DP> DVI.
4 cables DVI> HDMI

I can have the 4 projectors independent in 1024 * 768
but when I go into group mode

I have no longer access to the resolution 4096 * 768
Only:
7680 * 1080
5120 * 720
3200 * 800
and some other

know where it come from?
I block from the top all day and I turn around you who seem knowledgeable

Thank you very much for your reply
I remain available for any questions about this

im a little confused, i think you need some kind of hub for more than 3 monitors on the 5000 series cards

thank you for your reply.
This is not really the question of how out of 4 projectors
I'm talking about the card (HD 5870 eyefinity 6) has 6 outputs display port
no problem there

the problem is managing to get the native resolution 1024 * 768 4X leaving in DVI to HDMI

but thank you anyway

Is CCC able to recognize the XD-600 accurately? Does it label them properly as ''Mitsubishi LVP-XD600''?

It looks like that there is mis-communication (of the EDID) from the projectors to the HD5870.

Try the latest driver/CCC to see if it helps. An older one might not have the EDID of XD-600 in its database.

And, I suggest you go over to widescreengaming forum and ask there. There are more Eyefinity knowledgeable people there:

Hello
Thank you very much for your answer, Windfire.
Of the 4 projectors 3 are recognized as "XD600"
the fourth is rated by CCC as "standard monitor plug and play"

strange already .. but perhaps not too important

Indeed, I think there is a problem EDID at this level,

Thank you, I'll post a post on the site you told me
If someone other info let me know!

Thank!
