If you already had the chip then no reason to not use it.
Plus I just really want to be able to experience my first real overclock. I will probably skip the sandy bridge and see what more ivy bridge will bring to the table.

Also since I'm working on servers and crap all day, I dont need that beastly of a computer to come home to. There are just some things I do actually do that will not aggrevate me so much and my internet pr0n will load much faster.

There are also alot of newer games that I would actually like to try out. I mean this 360 Black Ops, everyday after work, is killing me.

I lol'd.

Good setup then, I don't criticize you for going that route especially with a few Xeons laying around.

I could put one to good use

Ya I figured later on I would make a little micro atx portable box, and then possibly and HTPC with them. I mean I have:

1 x X5570 - 8M Cache, 2.93 GHz, 6.40 GT/s - Max TDP 95 W

1 x X5560 - 8M Cache, 2.80 GHz, 6.40 GT/s - Max TDP 95 W

3 x X5550 - 8M Cache, 2.66 GHz, 6.40 GT/s - Max TDP 95 W

1 x E5504 - 4M Cache, 2.00 GHz, 4.80 GT/s - Max TDP 80 W

1 x L5520 - 8M Cache, 2.26 GHz, 5.86 GT/s - Max TDP 60 W

So why not put them to work. I am sure in a few months some 1366 boards will drop in price and I will be on my way.

Honestly I was looking at it when it first released and I thought blah cause of all the reviews. I had my eye on the 800D after that. Then when I went to my local FRY's I saw the 800D and was like no effing way!! I dont have room for that Caddilac in my room. So the yellow antec was right next to it and I started thinking about the ideas I had from before.

After I molested the case for about 10 minutes, I went home and read some more up to date reviewson it. I knew I was ready for it. Only thing was FRY's only had it in Yellow. So for the same price as my localy FRY's, plus with free shipping from the egg, I could have the red one to put on a very nice red black theme. Also if I dont like the case, no one locally sells the red one that i have seen. So it might be an easy flip and on to something else. I will just have to wait and see how it all works out.

The only thing I really do not like about the RED case is the ugly red fans on the front and back. Those will more than likely be replaced.

Nice setup. I was eyeing the Lanboy when it first came out too. The only thing I don't really like is the cables used for mounting hds. What if one snaps?

Lol yea, those look kind of bad.

The hard drive is secured onto the top of the AirMount fasteners and hangs suspended within the Lanboy Air case. There is room for six hard drives to be mounted with the AirMount system and it seems like this is all about protecting your hard drives from jostling and vibration during movement. The AirMount fasteners will act as shock absorbers for any unnatural movement like picking up a heavy case and setting it down. However, I'd only trust these as far as I can throw them, or the computer.
