Wow! IMO, it's well beyond the PC-9F in terms of cooling, aesthetics, features...just wow.
EDIT: Now that I've gone back to look @ PC-9F, I'm torn. That's a very very nice case!

So it does not in fact cool any better? I had to get rid of a Rocketfish case because of the annoying aluminum pang-pang.

Yes! Thank you! I had been looking @ the 650D, but am put off by the price, window, and lack of cooling options. It's also a little too big. The ARC MIDI IS PERFECT!

Look @ this comparison between my older Stacker 810 all modded up and the ARC MIDI...

Dimensions and Weight

Stacker 810: 9"W x 23"D x 23"H - 34lbs
Fractal ARC: 9"W x 20"D x 18"H - 22lbs

Cooling

Stacker 810:
Intake: 3x 120mm
Middle: 2x 120mm
Exhaust 2x 120mm

Fractal ARC:
Intake: 2x 140mm Front, 1x 140mm Bottom, 1x 140mm Side
Exhaust: 1x 140mm Rear, 3x 140mm Top

Aesthetics

Stacker 810: super mega ultra ghetto dork (style of 2006)
Fractal ARC: Minimalist from outer space!

@Jodiuh 100% agree mate, only aluminum cases like silverstone and lian li deserve to be -200+. steel and plastic from corsair JUST DOESN'T MAKE THE CUT!

nice thread.. these are the same 2 cases I was considering for my next build. Now that I see the corsair case is 200 + tax and shipping, I will definitely pass.. way too overpriced for some plastic and steel in a mid tower. Corsair rep, why so expensive? I plan on getting the FD at this point..

It will be the new standardized USB3 header, no ugly loop back solution. That's why we waited to implement USB3 until now.

Thanks. I knew this would be interesting. I just kind of don't like the top of the FD Arc Midi. Some smooth transition would have been nice. I don't really think that 3rd fan is necessary unless a full tower.

In that case i suppose there will be 2X USB3, because the USB3 header outputs to 2X USB3, and in your website the specs say that there will be 1X USB3?

I was thinking it would be good for creating a nice positive air pressure situation. Front fans and side fans. Block off back exhaust. Then very low RPM fans on top. Would have to play around with it, but with an external exhaust graphics card it would likely work well.

I was looking for a new case and contemplating the new FT03 but this case isn't much larger (depth isn't an issue at my desk), should be lower volume and it will take ATX motherboards. It is also less expensive and I can use a regular DVD drive instead of a slim slot-load.

Can a 360 rad fit if i use a slim dvd burner in the Fractal ?
