GTX 460 Clocks out of control?

Thread Starter
Hey everyone, my EVGA GTX 460 768mb SC edition clcks are going out of control.

No matter if I have them set to stock, or my own OC, they randomly change from my to Stock/OC to EXTREMELY LOW. I'm talking 50-101-450.

Wth is going on ? Any quick help appreciated.

It's the gpu clocking down to conserve energy, if the clocks change up when you run something stressful like furmark everything is OK. It's called nvidia powermizer.

lol? Out of control? Wow you must not have used any of AMD/Nvidia's cards in awhile. As said above it is downclocking on IDLE, it should raise when a 3D application is ran.

Even if you had a "stock" GTX 460 it'd downclock.
