I would upgrade PSU. I am pretty sure that's the reason...

I can't be 100% certain, but I would honestly go out and buy a quality PSU.

Before you go doing anything stupid, let me run Vantage and compare. I'll get back with you. MY CPU is different so it may cause my 5850 scores to be lower compared to your more powerful 955, but so what.

Give me an hour, I'm kind of busy.

It's not so much the brand, but what kind of wattage it puts out and how many amps are on the 12v rail(s).

Look at the label picture.

This too, always a good idea to check.

If you do end up getting a new PSU, make sure its 80+ certified, if you look on the OCZ website at your PSU, it's not an 80+ certified unit.

Your PSU isn't why you have bad performance. It's definitely something you need to buy a new one of though.

Your 3DMark Vantage runs appear to be perfectly normal though. Almost 13k GPU score. My GTX470 gets 17k, and my old HD4890 got 12k. So your score is just about right.

Sorry, the label doesn't ring a bell to me. What's wrong with it?
