Just got 4.3ghz on stock volts!!!

I need help with my bios as whatever I set the CPU core at, it stays at default. Will look into this more during Friday when I go for 4.8ghz.

According to one of the videos in that long Sandy Bridge post the known way of overclocking them is by increasing the turbo mode, as the blck is locked(?) at 100

Voltage! Meant to say voltage, whatever I set Vcore to in the bios it stays at default.
