Yep, that worked, updated the UEFI bios to the latest and now running 4.5 ghz at 1.3vcore

Have settled for 4.5ghz @ 1.28v with turboboost and speedstep enabled as my 24/7 setting.

Very low temps with speedstep lowering the speed to 1600mhz, running 37.5% on fan

Running at 4.8ghz for that bench, standard clocks benches at about 8.2
