Well, TC Aug is almost over. Disheartening to see us only at 5th and 2.3mil behind 1st, but that has it's reason and we did manage to crack 10mil which is pretty nice. Special thanks to scuba who covered the AMD spot with his 7950 and now the Nvidia spot with his 680.
arvidab - 2nd - Kept my system up pretty much all month, lost half a day or so.
scubadiver59 - 6th - Best 680 across all cats and divisions. Hard to compete with the 780's but did a good job.
labnjab - 1st - Fantastic showing, first in cat. I'm not gonna replace you!
DizZz - 3rd - Card went belly up a few days ago, otherwise very good performance.
martinhal - 6th - Internet went wrong during his vacation, solid performance up until that.
schmotty/Twangfizz - 10th - No WC-GPU for most of the month, schmotty was temping for just last week with his 460. Twangfizz is the permanent with a 480, let's see how it does the first month.
We now have a full team so it looks like we are set for September, much better than August anyway.
With that said, IV-E is to launch this month, 11th I think. Saw a review on [H], while it had a ~5% advantage in Cinebench over SB-E at the same clock, I was hoping for a bigger reduction in power at full load, their IB-E used ~7% less, my switch from 2700K to 3770K reduced my F@H load by over 30% (Though I used quite a lot of voltage on the 2700k to be fair). Add to that that it doesn't seem to OC as well as SB-E. Meh, I'll be holding off for a bit with the upgrade, I might find a cheap 3930K for sale...
