Dropping to 48 with 1.43vcore dropped my temps on the low fan speed to 75, which I am happy with. I am going to let it run alittle longer than possible move it to the other location in my house to see what temps there r like
The ram is alittle cooler not and so is the bridge.. So As long as its stable I think i will keep it the way it is.. I still plan on switching to IB once its accepting for my folding slot.. Which I hope will provide cooler temps, better energy use, and a better OC..
But for now I think it will be good
The amount of people I believe
know are gonna switch to IB when its released is virtually a guarantee in my book that it will allowed, if a like for like swap. I.e 2500k-3570k and 26/700k for 3770k.
I am really looking forward to release of IB, im definitely gonna go buy one on release day, I usually buy from either Overclockers or CCL. Problem is CCL not that great and I dont think theyll have IB in on release day, so I might just drive to Overclockers which is couple hours drive for me, but hey ho its fun!
I would queue up at midnight if I could just like i do for some 360 releases.Edited by $ilent - 2/25/12 at 12:50pm
