I went ahead and got the seasonic PSU linked above. Pretty good deal when you can get $60 off of that good of a power supply.

I really like the Antec 902 I have, all I think I need to do is get out the hole saw and do some drilling. I can pick up some grommets to cover the cut edges.

+1 for seasonic X series, either 650/750/850 depending on what setup you wanna run in the future. the fan in normal usage rarely spins up, and when it does its super quiet, from what i've researched, and been told on here. plus the carry the highest rating of any current psu, gold 80+. i plan to swap my antec quattro with a 850 real soon

Ps, psu's are most efficient at about 80%(i think it is) so going too high above your usage can reduce efficiency and rack up your energy costs quicker
