Holy smokes...put the keyboard down son, you may get a blister. Not really sure why you're getting all uppity over this. I happened to install one of these units on my work terminal, and I liked what I saw.

Forgive me for not giving a 20 minutes unboxing with 179 iterations of the words "um" and "uh" plus comparisons and benchmarks...

The CX430 would be good because of the rebate taking it down to 29.99. I know there has been allot of drama over it but at that price point it should work just fine.

With your program, will you be offering classes on how to operate the computer to the people who are buying them? Food for thought.

The cheaper one at the time of purchase.

How many do you need at a time? Rebates are often limited, so you may have to start looking at before-rebate pricing. In fact, if you take away rebates and knowing the low power usage, you may as well get the cheap Seasonic units. Newegg has 300W Seasonic 80Plus Bronze for $40 as the regular price.

What case are you guys going to use? Might be on the high side for you, but Antec has some aruond $100 that comes with PSUs, including Earthwatts.

TBH your builds will probably draw well under 100W (any single/dual core desktop board with IGP), so I wouldn't even worry about the PSU, especially if as you are surmising the systems might be turned on a dozen times ever.

Maybe you can do a two tiered approach, with a low end and a high end at different prices. The higher end can get the good PSU and ball bearing fans all around, plus a bit faster CPU or something.

Oh, I just watched the theatrical cut off Netflix. We had it on VHS a while back, but the sound track went to crap after a couple decades and the film got blotchy, so we tossed it.

Whichever is cheaper.
Also remember with rebates, most are only good for 1 per address. So if your buying several at a time, don't count the rebate in the price.
If you spread the purchases out (or you buy one to your address and your partner buys one for his address...

Also, how much you plan on buying? Newegg has a business site that offers discounts for businesses (% off depends on how much you buy).

Sorry for the belated replies.

Thanks for the advice. I usually never buy super cheap PSUs so it's kind of difficult to say which one is better when they both aren't perfect.

I'm still searching, but I appreciate the help.

What design is the Seasonic SS-350ET based off of again?

It's $42 which is a pretty good price and I'd assume it would be pretty well built.
