That is the one with LL Cool J right?

+1 for the Antec 380w.

I am typing on a build I made and it is rock solid stable and unbelievably quiet.

Thanks. I'm usually not one to ask this but...

How would a 300W S12II handle a system running an Athlon II X2 240, and a GT210?

I'd expect perfectly fine...I think it might draw 150W or less. =P

Without a problem. lol
GT210 has an extremely low powerdraw.

Only a 65watt draw off of that.

A hard drive doesn't use up that much, and neither will the motherboard or cd/dvd drive.

It might draw 175 watts with everything at max load. lol

Actuall it can. X2 240 stock at 65w. GT210 max is 32w. The S12II unit is able to pull 23a to 24a/288w on 12v so it is able to do so even you OC.

The G210 pulls like 15W in Furmark. And TDP =/= power consumption, that Athlon II probably doesn't top 35W draw.

I doubt you'd exceed 75W under heavy load.

I seriously wish they would make lower power PSUs...I feel like money could be going elsewhere if we weren't forced to buy 350W at a minimum (and 300W at the absolute lowest).

Would not work. Cost to manufacture does not decrease proportionally to wattage.
