Seems like they mixed materials? Wouldn't that cause oxidizing? The radiator is aluminum while the block is copper.

This is not a problem when you use a corrosion inhibitor in the coolant. The H50/H70 have had that mix (as do numerous other cooling systems in industrial applications) and not had a problem provided they use a corrosion inhibitor.

The coolant is a propylene glycol solution, btw.
