Ive got this CPU
Motherboard is MA785GT

PSU FSP Group 550 w io think it's enough


I validated on 4065.09 MHz

And adter this i cant reach higher result

Temps aren't highest

55-56 on load

But when windows logo appears it computer restarts

What do u think?

Vcore voltaGE IS 1.53 and it's enough imho

I mean... its obviously just not stable. Thats a pretty intense OC anyway... Your RAM could be holding you back. We don't know full system specs.

Yea i had that chip and i got it to 4ghz with 1.45v on air...was not stable though...only lasted like 20mins on prime and it was running hot...65c, Your ram might be the problem...try slowing the ram freq almost to stock and either tighten or loosen the timings
