I guess my main concern is silence, then performance. I have no intention of overclocking anything so I don't think I'll need to worry about super high temps, even with the i7 running.
With this in mind, what are some of the quieter fans out there that still push a lot of air? I think I'll probably go with the SR1 series in this case given my needs. What are some great fans, that are as quiet as can be, that will get me the most our of this radiator? Thanks!
Gentle Typhoons are good - and if you want really low RPMs the SR-1 is very good. Skinnee Labs tested and found the SR-1 to be better than the XSPC RX at the 600rpm, so if you will be running your computer extremely slowly you won't have to worry.
As a note, before you buy anything, if you want a really quiet computer you should get a really good quiet power supply, since you cannot control the psu fan speed. I personally bought an AX850 after buying the rest of my gear (from an HX1000). That might be a little bit excessive - but my point still stands, you will be disappointed if your PSU cranks up under load.
Secondly, the hard drives you use will make a lot of noise. Consider using an SSD for your main drive and just have a large hard drive for storage.
and yes, to agree with SmokinWaffle the RX480 gives me excellent performance with AP14s. Mine run at 7V and at full load with a GTX580 and an i7 920 at 4.2GHz (there is also an RS240 in the loop, mind) my load temperatures are 53C for the GTX580 and 75C for the i7 920.
