Be careful about raising the voltage in the CPU/NB voltage setting. That affects the IMC (Internal Memory Controller) and that's one component you don't want to fry - You'll trash the CPU if it's too high.
Avoid setting this any higher than needed. It can take a tiny bump in voltage to help stabilize things but again, use sparingly.
I'd have to say an absolute max of 1.27v's or so is all you'd ever want to give it and I've also seen where several folks have stated it affected the IMC when it was set too high.

Be careful with that setting.

Your NB setting is the one you'd really want to change by bumping it up to the next voltage setting or so and see if it goes.

Memory Divider? Where would that be located?

I appreciate you helping me through all of this.

Under the DRAM timing configuration tab.
You'll see it either as a ratio or a MHz setting and probrably as a ratio with your board.
Just step it down to a lower ratio and go from there. Note that with each successive ratio your RAM will run slower but that allows for higher NB clockspeeds when you do that - Think of it as a balancing scale. One side goes up but the other goes down.
Maintaining the RAM within it's speed tolerance is important to keeping things stable.
