New RAID0 array - Help! need my stuff back

What is the best way to get all my stuff to my new RAID0 array?

What I have now is a single WD250GB.
The partitions are:

100MB Boot/Reserve
25GB Windows7(C)
100GB Programs/Data(D)

What I will have next week are two Samsung 500GB F3's in HW RAID0 array. Now, what I'm trying to avoid is having to reload windows and all my apps from scratch and then redo all the tweaks, reconfigure, load drivers, etc, to get back to what I have now. What is the best way to accomplish this? The tools I have are Acronis Home or Ghost for now.

Any and all help welcome!

Check UDPcast.

It's a software used to clone HDDs, very easy and intuitive. Robust and stable

Can't go wrong with it.
Set up your raid0 array then use it to clone from your current 250gb drive

Thank you Ed, I'll give that a look.

After searching around for hours, Acronis Echo/Universal Restore is supposed to do exactly what I want. I guess I'll find out in few days
