Why won´t you understand that the H70 is a low quality product?
Its performance is too poor as to have it cool an i7 clocked higher than 4 GHZ.
It is a "closed watercooling solution" in other words junk with a new designation.
One of the most crutial factors in watercooling is heat dissipation.
If you would consider the H70 a watercooling solution (which it is not) ...you could say that it is a 120 mm radiator with fans and CPU block.
1.) A 120 mm radiator can dissipate a maximum amount of 150 watts of heat
2.)An overclocked i7 for example 4.1 Ghz approximately creates around 250-280 watts of heat
3.)That means you would at least need a 240 mm radiator to dissipate all that heat.
Thus the H70 only uses a "120mm radiator" and a very bad block you can do the math yourselve how well it will cool over 4 GHZ
4.)The thing with the high end air coolers is that they require a fair amount of cool air to perform equivalently to the manufacturers specifications. A radiator does too but not even close compared to Noctua and Co.
5.)I put together a shopping cart for you check it out and stop talking about H70 it just does not provide the required cooling performance needed.

UK: XSPC Rasa 750 RS40 = 150 pounds = 234 $ = 180€ and that is ridiculous!
2.)The H70 is technically not a watercooler not being advertised as such.
Though the product has been reported of leaking multiple times.
The H70 is a byproduct of false innovation and shallow assembly.
I strongly recommend not to buy it ...as not only the product itself but its cooling performance as well is very poor.
3.)I already did a quick setup for you but I will do it again.
As you live in belgium the best and versatile shop available to you within in a distance is aquatuning.de so I will prepare a shopping cart for you ....thus it will only be a cpu loop and an over all budget setup I will try to keep it at a low price.
There you go 40€ cheaper than the RS240 and will still beat it
(not by much though^^)
If you wanna invest those 40€ i saved you as well I would recommend taking a better radiator then you will beat the RS240 for sure.
