Yeah apparently I really misunderstood you. Sorry about that. And I also realized how rude my post could be taken. Again, sorry. Wasn't meaning to be rude. I thought it was you who wasn't understanding. lol My bad bro!

So in his modem should be a diagnostic utility for the health of his internet connection? Hmm...

OP Go to Start and click "run". Type CMD and press the enter key. Then type the following command (or copy and paste)
tracert google.com
The first "hop" is what you need to put into your browser to find what theproodnoob is talking about. I've uploaded a pic of my tracert so you can see what I'm talking about.

EDIT Holy crap I'm slow today... lol

you have perfect signal man. so reset it like Rayzer76 said and if that does not work have them come to your house and make them replace your modem and splitters from the line outside to your modem

nah its cool man i knew there was a misunderstanding but yeah all modem should have a firmware that cable companies use to look at the health of modems remotely that how the push modems out of wallgarden(unlock for internet) and stuff and use it to know when to send out techs for low signal issues which is not what is happening here

I put the 10.45.160.1 and it told me page cannot load!

I also called time warner and they told me that they do not throttle down speeds...and that I should be getting my subscribed speed which is 10.2 mbps ...so I have to wait till January 22nd for them to send a tech out.

yea well god luck with that but they should be able to solve the problem again try to have them change your modem out and splitters from the outside to the modem if they refuse its because they are lazy.
