yea well god luck with that but they should be able to solve the problem again try to have them change your modem out and splitters from the outside to the modem if they refuse its because they are lazy.

Would other people on our street experience the same issue if it was the splitters?

Trace complete.

I put the 10.45.160.1 and it told me page cannot load!

I also called time warner and they told me that they do not throttle down speeds...and that I should be getting my subscribed speed which is 10.2 mbps ...so I have to wait till January 22nd for them to send a tech out. frown.gif

You got it already. My post was way late so you can ignore it. Apparently I'm not posting as fast as I normally do today. Must be something in the air lol

The things I miss out on having DSL instead! No one I know has cable internet. They're all DSL or Wi-Max (Clear Internet). I will be putting this piece of info in the back of my head for later. Thanks proodnoob!

I had to come in for this:

Time warner cable sucks ass man I am from NYC manhathan and we basically are forced to use them because they are freaking tyrants. I wish i had options its either timer warner cable for cable connection or verison dsl or even worst comcast ewww.

P.S- I would pull out my favorite joke for lag with timewarner cable " its time for people to download porn" thats what i always say when i get huge lag "F....stupid people downloading porn making me lag"
lol
