ATI Radeon HD 3650 AGP

Thread Starter
hello

i was having problems with my graphics card for awhile.. i got it working today but i found out that it is very VERY unstable.. and also the fps are shocking.. in idle its 46-48.. in loading its 60-80 then has a spike to 90-100... i have a fan just incase it gets to hot.

its all clear of dust and stuff... so i got no idea whats wrong with it.

i dont really want to test a game because it might overheat..

I also have this card....first time i got it it worked great...later...not so much. My thread is a few threads down even.
Plus, this is an entry-level card, even in the most lowest settings the FPS will still be low.
Not a good overclocker as well. I couldnt get the memory over 555Mhz
