The Seasonic is a newer, more efficient design. The Corsair equivalent to the Seasonic X750 Gold is the AX750. Don't choose based on name brand alone, the Seasonic is the better power supply.

I would grab the HX.

It is a good Channel Well unit and it's cheaper.

If you were to choose between those 2 that you mention, the AX750 would be better due to Corsair support and better cables/sleeving. Why settle for its OEM?

As I said, guys, these are both on sale with promo codes.

The Seasonic is $129 and the Corsair is $130.

They're basically the same price and the AX750 is far more expensive which is why my choices are between these two.

The Corsair has a $15 Mail-In-Rebate and the Seasonic has Free Shipping.

That's a valid point but the OP is not contemplating the AX750. For the same amount of money spent the X750 is the better unit compared to the HX.

My bad wasn't paying attention to rebates just go with the Seasonic, it's cheaper. Either way you can't go wrong, that CWT unit that is rebranded Corsair is great, and that Seasonic platform for the X series is good as well.

Is it? It's only a dollar difference, let's see some reviews on ripple and noise.

Oh yeah, your right. Then go Seasonic. You can never fail with them anyways.

Get the SeaSonic PSU. Much better imo.
