Prime doesn't show failure

Little annoyed right now but guess I'll blame me. In the past when I used Prime95 it showed a green icon when prime was running and red when it failed on a core.

Ran my 980x for about 15 hours and all was green. So was happy. Then notices my temps were at idle temp. Although each thread was green they said not running and had failed. Couldn't see that as I have 12 threads so can't see the text if each box on the screen.

Was prime changed since my last overclock adventure?

I don't think an unstable proccessor really cares about a green and a red light. You can't trust what an unstable proccess is telling you, can you?

May want to get a different version. I had the same issue and downloaded a different version and it started acting as I had hoped. Sorry my rig is down can't check which one.

Thanks for the reply. MadCat, I think you missed the point. I an used to looking at the screen and if prime fails it shows red. This latest version does not.
