If you enable LLC you might me able to have a lower overall vcore value.
LLC is to avoid/fix/correct/(burn? kidding) Intel VDroop spec, so in the end you always use more VCore because at full load you get a lower Vcore. So you might end up only needing 1.34 with LLC.
When you have the cpu under full load what voltage CPU-Z reports?
As you see in the picture (my first post) the vcore is constant at 1.378 throughout occt test.
