Hi.

In a general sense:

Radiators by XSPC and HW Labs are quite good.
Reservoirs by Swiftech and EK do the job well.
Pumps by Laing (aka, MCP355, MCP655) have a great track record
Tubing by Tygon is costly, but quite flexible (MasterKleer is cheaper and will also do the job).
Blocks by EK or Danger Den or Swiftech are decent.

I realise that this is very vague, but if you present a budget then a more focused recommendation can be made.

That is all you will need. It is by far the best bang for the buck. You would be hard pressed to put a custom cpu loop together that would cool better than it.

The rasa is a good starting point for someone who has never watercooled before, as it has all the parts and they are compatible.

Lol, I am not sure he was talking kits. But, someone new to watercooling would be best to get their feet wet with an all inclusive kit like the rasa than trying to piece a completely custom loop together.

In that case get the kit linked below. Same kit as linked above but with a larger, better radiator.
