Which RAM to go with, for new SB system?

Hello overclocking.net community!

I am in the process of buying a sandy bridge system, my current specs are:
- i5-2500k
- Prolimatech Megahalems, Rev. B
- ASUS P8P67 Pro

I'm trying to figure out which RAM would be the best option for gaming. Either I could go with a really good OC kit of 1600MHz RAM (or a low-timing 1600MHz kit) OR go with a 2133MHz RAM kit (with XMP) and just not overclock those modules at all.

For gaming, which do you think would be the best option and why? Your help is greatly appreciated and hope everyone is having a great start to their new year!

It's QVL for all Asus boards. I checked the spread sheet. I don't think it's going to get any better than this. There's also a G. Skill kit I believe that has the same exact timings. So if you don't want the Mushkin Redline you can go for the G. Skill ones.
