As title says, im just starting to clock this rig and I want to know how far I can push it, the CPU is on 1.42vcore at the moment. Can/should I go further?

What would you think the max Vcore I should run at 24/7 is?

For the QX6800 I am not sure. Under water i'd say keep it under 1.6v and under 70C under load.

Hopefully someone with more experience with water can help.

Water cooling isn't any different than air for max temps, just another way of getting rid of heat.

Running IBT, I'd be happy to go up to 80oC, prime - 75oC.

But that's a lot down to personal preference...

Your current temps are really good, definitely space to increase the OC there.

I don't know what RAM you have though, you may want to have a look at your FSB : DRAM ratio (and if you're going to go for 1:1, watch your NB temp)

Edit:

Recommended Vmax for 65nm is 1.55 to 1.6 as I remember so what Wazoot said.
