Serious i7-950 OC probs. - Page 2

no offense but did you even read my response? it would be the first response under your op. read the links in there and will give you everything your asking and more.

why are you overclocking your ram before you even know your stable cpu overclock? most ppl would downclock their ram so that the speed is at stock speed or lower so they can find their stable cpu overclock then they worry about overclocking the ram. Read the guides in the second post and your problems will all be solved.

can you post a cpu-z validator link so we can see your current settings? I think you need to reset everything and read some i7 overclocking guides because from what I can gather your confused on alot of the basics of overclocking

our Motherboard got a funktion like the one you see on the top of this pic
http://www.overclockers.ru/images/lab/2010/07/02/330_asrock_x58_extreme3_bios.png
alle the settings on the pic are NOT the one we have, its just a random photo from google smile.gif

and it is when we use the OC tweaker for our ram it stop showing anyting on the screen..

Just because yours works and his doesn't doesn't mean anything.

You really think that every component inside your computer is made exactly the same as his? Get real.

Every chip in your computer is different than his. Don't expect something that works on your system to work on his.

i'll still trying. The motherboard has an offsett to voltage control where it adds the voltage the cpu need when overclock, but then there's picture on my screen, and the motherboard come's with fail A2, if i try set voltage up at my self. i get fail code d0.

Don't waste your time.

The one guy thinks that just because they have the same hardware that automatically one equals the other.
