The max on HW monitor wasnt during load, I was using OCCT for testing and it doesnt like having HW monitor open at the same time. Now, when I find time I'll have to test with Prime 95.
Any reason you use the CPUTIN temp rather than the core temps?
Unless your CPU was doing something that makes it cold (which it doesn't), the minimum temp it would be would be whatever the temp of the CPU casing is. Since your core temps are lower than your CPU case temps (CPUTIN), it means that your core temps should be flat-out wrong for some weird reason. The real temps you should look at are CPUTIN, but your actual core temp should be 5-10C higher than that.
