With an i7 the difference between the radiators might increase to be slightly over 1C. On Sandy bridge the difference will probably still be below 1C.

The difference would be more pronounced if you wanted to use sub 1000 RPM fans, maybe 2C with an i7 and 1k RPM fans.

I have 10 gielid wind 12 fans in my case that run 1500 rpm I believe I have a 1000 tough power psu will I need to start worrying about psu upgrade or will the addition of this and more wc be minimal??

Nope, watercooling usually reduces the power consumption of your rig. Why? Cooler components use less power and that amount can easily exceed the amount consumed by the pump. Besides, the pump only uses 10W anyways, and an 1000W PSU is overkill for 460 SLI.

Meh, it's a little overpriced. You can put together a full custom loop for less that will outperform it.
