Hi, im looking to getting a new mobo for my computer
Asus M2N68-AM PLUS Socket AM2+

My CPU is an amd athlon 64x2 4200+ 2.2ghz

I have a few questions

1. who owns this board or has any experience with it. any feedback on the general layout and structure?
2. how compatible will my cpu be with this mobo
3. how well with my cpu OC with this mobo
4. how dynamic are all of the OCing capabilities of this board

ANY feedback/advice regarding this mobo or my plans for OCing would be greatly appreciated, this will be my first attempt at overclocking a cpu

What is your budget? New cpu also?
Does it need to be mATX?
There are better choices than the one you linked.

Gyro

Im preffering somthing sub 100$, this isnt going to be my permenant rig. After this one is primed up with budget upgrades then i will work on a better AM3 rig.

As for the cpu, no its not new and i was hoping to get around not buy a new one. Im working with the one that came with my acer e-380 (see system specs)

EDIT

Also preferably mATX. The tower is only a mid and i have no need for crossfire in this rig.

I would suggest this http://www.canadacomputers.com/product_info.php?cPath=26_339&item_id=027171.

It's cheaper at the newegg.ca +fs http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131595

It's a better board for the money and will oc better.
The board you linked is not made to oc and has little to no options to do so.

Good luck
